Kathy Hill

Ms. Hill is a product recall consultant who has spent twelve years working with companies to deploy product recalls in a manner which protected the consuming public and the integrity of a product’s brand. Ms. Hill has worked on recall issues which involve the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the Food and Drug Administration and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Ms. Hill has assisted manufacturers in the oil and gas industry, the electronics industry, the food and beverage industry, the automotive industry and the children’s products industry.

Prior to joining Cahill Consultants, Ms. Hill was a Product Recall Coordinator at Marsh USA, Inc., where she assisted the Global Practice Leader in preparing companies to manage product recalls, deploy product recalls, and recover from product recalls on a global basis.

Preceding her career at Marsh, Ms. Hill worked as a Product Recall Coordinator at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she assisted in coordinating numerous product recalls, product safety, and regulatory compliance projects on a world-wide basis.

Ms. Hill has assisted clients with product safety issues including:

• Providing advice and guidance on product recall deployment.
• Assisting companies in developing corrective action plans.
• Assisting companies during a product safety investigation.
• Assisting companies to develop or improve product safety process and procedures which include; product identification and escalation, traceability and infrastructure administration.
