Last week, Cahill Consultants, Inc.’s, CEO, Katherine Cahill, visited one of our client’s facilities to conduct an on-site review following a recent micro-biological infiltration at one of its manufacturing sites.

During the visit, Katherine worked closely with the client’s operations, quality, and food safety teams to perform a comprehensive root cause analysis. Together, they reviewed key processes, quality controls, and supplier inputs to identify opportunities for system improvements and ensure stronger safeguards moving forward.
